To start a return, email office@glocurve.com with your order number and a quick note on the reason (so we can improve).
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
- Must include the original packaging and all included components/accessories.
- Returns may be declined if there is misuse, excessive wear, accidental damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
- If your order included a free/promotional item, it must be returned too. If it isn’t returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
