EMS Pulse Visibility
Understanding
EMS Pulse Visibility
What you see on the surface can vary from person to person. What you feel — and what your glutes are doing — is what actually matters.
Some GloCurve™ users see strong, visible muscle pulses during sessions. Others experience more subtle movement. Both are completely normal — and both mean the device is working. Pulse visibility is not a measure of effectiveness. Muscle engagement is.
-
Glute size & shape — larger or differently shaped glutes may show less surface movement while contracting just as powerfully.
-
Muscle strength — stronger, more trained muscles tend to contract more efficiently and appear more controlled on the surface.
-
Skin & tissue composition — natural differences in skin thickness and body composition affect how much movement is visible.
In our promotional content, we sometimes feature users whose pulses are highly visible — this helps clearly demonstrate EMS technology in action. However, visible movement in an ad is not a benchmark. Your session can be just as effective — or more — even if the pulse appears subtle.
-
1
Build intensity gradually — press the ON/INC button until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. You should clearly feel rhythmic muscle engagement.
-
2
Focus on the feeling, not the look — a deep, rhythmic squeeze means it's working. Trust what your body feels over what you see.
-
3
Stay consistent — 15 minutes daily is the key. Results build progressively. Session one is activation. Week four is transformation.
-
4
Be patient with results — visible changes in shape and firmness typically appear within 3–6 weeks of daily consistent use.
The GloCurve™ Glutes Trainer is designed to stimulate and contract your muscles regardless of what's visible on the surface. Visibility is not the indicator. Muscle engagement is. If you feel it — it's working.
